I’ve taken my cars here for a bit. Excellent customer service from Stephanie and her other colleague at the reception desk. Knowledgeable too!
Not very good customer service I came in first thing in the morning at 8am, asking for a small, quick, 2 minute fix of glueing my fender flare that came off The lady there was basically telling me lies on why she couldn't help me out, saying her techs aren't in, and excuses about my flare. Might as well lock your doors if you only cater to insurance claims I went to another shop and they helped me right away Also, very stuffy corporate atmosphere, felt more like a lawyer office than a body shop.
Frontdesk staff was very helpful and friendly. My car looks brand new(and its old) I'm am very happy!
I recently brought my vehicle in for some body repair at Craftsman in Esquimalt and it was an excellent experience. I had previously booked an estimate a different autobody shop but was told that I wouldn't be scheduled in for the work for over 8 weeks. My partner called Craftsman to explain the situation. and spoke to the manager, Stephanie. She was so kind and understanding and was able to get me in for an estimate and repairs within a week.
