I had my Toyota 4Runner in to be repaired for wiring being chewed up by rats. The repair was good and the staff were friendly & knowledgeable. My only beef was when I went to pick up my vehicle, all the items from my glove box-insurance papers, napkins, etc.-were on the floor of my 4Runner. Also there were some nuts & bolts and dirty napkins on the floor. My husband went into their office and asked about the mess and was told their subcontractor left it that way. Amazingly nice people, the car came back looking brand new and very clean. Service was quick and hassle free. Stephanie was able to get me in quickly and accommodated me despite a short notice and unexpectedly traveling for work. Thank you guys!
