I’ve been going to the location on Lougheed for over 14 years. They give exceptional friendly service. The old manager Ted was always super friendly and helpful. I recently met Josh the new manager and he went beyond expectations to remove a dent in my rear bumper at no cost. I highly recommend going to see Josh for any vehicle repairs! The staff is amazing!!
Karl was the guy who helped me today but every staff member here seems to have bought into the customer service culture at this location. This is my second vehicle I've brought here and I will continue to bring any issues no matter how minor to this shop. 10/10 service and feel.
