Karl was the guy who helped me today but every staff member here seems to have bought into the customer service culture at this location. This is my second vehicle I've brought here and I will continue to bring any issues no matter how minor to this shop. 10/10 service and feel.
Jana and Josh are really sweet and professional. Great experience repairing my car there.
Its never fun having car issues, but it is always a pleasure dealing with the people at this location, namely Josh the manager and Jana. My car looks amazing. Thank you guys for taking such good care of me once again!
So a couple years ago my car was hit while parked and this shop did the work. There was drops of grey in the white finish and the was still a small dent as well as the paint shows orange peel on the edge. I showed them and they said no problem they have lifetime warranty and I can come anytime to have it fixed. Well I came in last week because there are numerous rock chips on my hood.
