I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Just had the worst experience here. The staff and manager there were very rude. They messed up our appointment to get a repair on their end and did not apologize, not even once, and kept making excuses and lies. They did not try to listen to what we had to say. When we tried to explain our side and what their staff told us, they kept interrupting us and kept repeating the same excuses and lies and only said what they wanted to say and still did not apologize, not even once. 5 stars For GREG!!! I had an amazing experience at Craftsman Collision Kamloops! Greg, the manager, went above and beyond by helping me fix a few scratches on the back of my car within minutes. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days. Thank you so much, Greg, you’ve earned a loyal customer!
Greg and his team are awesome. I was in the other day and talked to him about some touch up paint for my car as the paint from under the hood and another spot were peeling. Greg came out to look at what needed to be done and said that he could help me out. I came back a few days later and he took my car into the shop and fixed the spots in no time, he even had the guys in the shop mix up a small bottle of touch up paint for additional coates on those areas, and no charge for any of the work.
