I thought since it is a well- known company it would be good. I will be filing a complain with ICBC regarding the issues. They held on to my claim for 2 months without doing any work on the car nor on the issues, every time they blamed ICBC for the delay but I called ICBC I found out they did not get any response from the store. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Just had the worst experience here. The staff and manager there were very rude. They messed up our appointment to get a repair on their end and did not apologize, not even once, and kept making excuses and lies. They did not try to listen to what we had to say.
