Through no fault of the staff at Craftsman Collision in Kamloops, my cars repairs took over three months to complete. The delay was due in part to ICBC's very slow approval for the repairs. However, the real delay and horrific service came from Hyundai parts. I was without my car from June-Sept. A rental car was only covered by ICBC for three weeks.
