Katelyn was professional and to the point. No issues giving us a loaner car when we needed it. Our car was returned to us immaculate inside and out.
Had a small fender bender against a wall and was lucky enough to get my truck in and got a loaner car within 3 hours of the crash, just received my truck back 2 weeks later and I’m thrilled with the work Craftsman Collision has provided.
Honestly so impressed with the service here. I’m insanely picky and my car looks better than it did before I took it in. It came back SPOTLESS inside and out! Greg was super personable and had amazing customer service. Highly recommend (coming from the last person on earth to recommend an auto body shop).
Fantastic experience at Craftsman. They had us in the door for an estimate within four days form our first phone call. They dealt with the ICBC claim and had us back on the road in less than a week with a car that looks brand new. They also detailed the car on the inside and out as well as provided us with an air freshener, notepad and a pen. All in all, Greg and his team at Craftsman Collision were fantastic, I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle to this location.
I had the most amazing experience with Craftsman Collision Kamloops, Jan 2026, as they worked on a small spot of rust on my vehicle. They were efficient and friendly and took care of all the details that make getting your vehicle serviced a pain - dropped me off at work AND brought my vehicle back to me. Real pros and unreal service! I will think of them first, if ever I need any work on my vehicle again. Don't hesitate to call Manager Greg, and book them for any work that you need.
