The perch was amazing so was the bacon brussel sprout and risotto omg yum. My only complaint was it was very hot inside you need more air conditioning but the food was amazing.

We had a great dinner at Craftsman Chop Company. My Pork Medallions were delicious. My wife enjoyed the salmon. Sierra was attentive. The meal was well paced and a great value. I recommend this restaurant!
