Currently sitting in the waiting room. We happen to be here on an employee birthday. The birthday guy was kind enough to share his cupcakes with my kids and me. The waiting room is fully decorated in Halloween fun and everyone we met was kind, patient, and happy. I am here for inspection and emissions. I will totally be back for my future car needs! Craftsman Auto in Chantilly is honestly one of the best auto repair facilities I have ever been to. Greg is honest, straightforward, kind and makes you feel at home, while you wait to have your vehicle serviced correctly the first time. They put wheel locks on for free that I had brought in then we did a coolant flush that was overdue. Will definitely be back and will be taking cars from here on out.
