I take my daughter there. Dr. Crafton is very nice and explain every details we need to know. Also thanks a lot to Ms. Annie, very patient to my daughter. We will visit there for next appointment. After a couple months, I visited Crafton Dental for myself. I want to give Ms. Heather 10 stars if I could. And Dr. Lisa Crafton, Ms. Allison, and the whole team. Great place for both you and your kiddo. Highly recommended.

They don't take any insurance and they aren't forthright about letting you know this until it's time to pay. They said they'd file the insurance forms and never did. After they told me twice that they'd sent in the claim, I wound up filling myself, which meant I had to Google dental billing codes and get the doctors tax ID and a bunch of other crap to get reimbursed for less than half of what they charged. I got a dishonest vibe all the way around.
I have been coming to Crafton dental since I was a kid and now my 4 year old twins are lucky enough to enjoy their dentist as much as I did and still do:) Dr. Casey Crafton is hands down the best pediatric dentist! He turns any anxiety into plenty of smiles and laughter as well as getting the job done professionally and timely! Heather and Laurrel are amazing as well! I am so lucky to have Crafton Dental nearby! Casey took care of my kid's teeth and Lisa takes care of mine and my husband's and my now grown kids. I have always hated going to the dentist and LIsa and her staff have always made sure I was as comfortable as possible. They have top notch staff and they are State-of-the-art as far as equipment and knowledge goes! We have been going to Crafton Dental for 13 years and continue to be impressed by the excellent care we always receive. Annie, Laurrel, Heather, Julie, Jane, Megan... the ladies at the front desk, and the doctors... they are true professionals, are knowledgeable, friendly, give the best service and care, and most importantly, have created a dental practice where my daughters LOVE to visit.
