Today was our first visit to Craft Kitchen. Whilst the food was delicious and the coffee was great, the service was not up to the same level. Our server was lovely but we had to wait a long time for drinks, a long time to order food and an even longer time to get our food. It took so long they offered us a complimentary pastry. A couple next to us came 15 minutes after us and had finished and left before we even got our food. We will be back but hope we have a smoother visit next time!
First time here, Josh was our server, he could not have been any sweeter or more helpful. My husband and I were contemplating what to order and Josh jumped in with fantastic recommendations. All the staff was very friendly and we were very impressed with the food. FYI if the Cuban is on the menu when you go, order it!! We are still talking about the pickles lol!! So glad my son found this place. The food was excellent, love the bottomless mimosas, and service was very friendly. There was a bit of a wait to be seated but it was worth it. Will definitely be back.
Great good loved it! Employees are so friendly! I will be back again! Pumpkin Muffin my favorite!
