We have literally purchased over 20 watches from C&T. They have ALWAYS been honest, knowledgeable and easy to work with. To put it bluntly, they know their shit. I saw a complaint in a review regarding an alleged Tesla comment. Tesla’s are crap and it’s nobody’s fault but your own if you own and/or drive one. Take responsibility for poor decision making and don’t blame others. Craft & Tailored is simply the best!
I ordered 20mm OEM Rolex spring bars, these were pictured in the listing. The spring bars I received are not Rolex spring bars and are not even a close facsimile. Shysters! Can’t reach them by phone. Cancelled payment with my bank. The merchant contacted me right away to correct this misunderstanding and are going to make it right.
Very poor customer service from Cam. He flat out ignores messages and only responds to half and then will just stop responding. He also has posted some pretty offensive content towards Tesla drivers that was not appreciated. I think overall he has very poor business ethics and I would not deal with him again.
The owner was incredibly helpful and knowledgable!
