I had an overall terrible experience with them. I bought a vintage watch from them with lots of complications. They described the watch as working normally. I ordered a servicing from them anyway due to the age of the watch. It did not come with box or papers. They sent me the watch with absolutely NO instructions on how to set the many complications.
