We recently commissioned Craft in Wood to remove and replace two driveway gates to our property that had been broken during a wild storm. The original gates and front picket fence had been built by CIW in 2008. AOID THIS COMPANY! I first engaged with them in June 2023 to install an automated fence, which cost me $12,500. Initially, I was impressed by Morgan, who was enthusiastic and seemed genuinely passionate—his approach was one of the main reasons I chose to proceed with them. Beautiful work and great customer service. I had an issue with the compatibility of the latch mechanism and they took the time and trouble to discuss and resolve with the hardware provider.
