Asked if they had countertop available. Gentleman on the phone told me he would call the wearhouse to check availability and call me back. I asked when I should expect to hear back and he said "it could be today or tomorrow but if we don't call you back then that's a good indicator that we don't have what you need." Seriously? You want me to wait for the ring that never comes instead of just telling me if you have it or not? Unprofessional.
I went to at least 10 countertop places. I liked these people, they felt trustworthy. They were very responsive. I was having trouble making a decision on which countertop I wanted so I asked Omar if he would take a video of the countertop slab so I could get a better visualization than the picture I had taken when I visited the store and he sent it to me within minutes. From the time I finally made my choice to installation was very quick. The installation crew was also great.
Craft Countertops was an excellent choice we made. The sales rep Laura was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The installation team were great and professional, and the quality of the product is exceptional. I will gladly use them in the future if I ahve another need for countertops.
Fast service, able to get my granite countertop hole expanded for the new faucet on the same day.
