Craft concierge headed by Dr Else as my primary care physician has been nothing but a refreshing experience. I’ve never received such exemplary medical care in my life. His staff is always cordial and professional and attends to all of my medical care needs in a timely manner. Appointments and prescriptions are a text message away and I’m able to get in to see Dr Else at a moments notice. I can’t say enough about this team other than I wish I found them much sooner and I’m very grateful for all their efforts

Dr. Else is not only a great doctor, but a genuinely nice guy. I believe he has two things in mind, excellent patient care and truly wanting to help the patient save money. I'm lucky to have found him.
Dr. Else and the whole team at Craft is wonderful. Direct primary care is even better than I imagined, especially under the direction of such a compassionate and evidence based physician. The option to pay cash prices for imaging and lab work has been such an awesome perk to membership and every time I’ve needed it, it’s about 50% LESS than my after insurance quoted price. The transition of care from one doctor to another is always difficult. Dr. Balzer gave me so much hope and peace of mind, and was the first doctor to use a smaller speculum that didn't cause extreme pain as well as was attentive and understanding, letting my partner be there holding my hand during the routine check.
