I'm sure she's a great stylist but never got the chance to sit in her chair. I scheduled my appointment months again. Then it was canceled the morning of which I understand things happen. I texted her that day then Monday no reschedule of my appointment now its been a week later and she never reached out to reschedule or to tell me I need to make a new appointment. I understand I'm a new client but if this is how it works I will just take my business elsewhere.
These girls are AWESOME in every way possible!! They are always keeping up on all the latest trends, techniques and styles. They are so talented at helping to manage hair issues as well as assist in finding the right style and color for you. Best part? They are just kind, talented and caring humans. P.S. Their salon is cute, cozy and relaxing too!
