An oasis of great coffee in an otherwise coffee-barren area. I visit whenever I'm in McPherson. I've not had any of the food offered, but the latte was finely crafted.
Upon entering Craft Coffee Parlor for the first time, I instantly knew how the Israelites felt upon crossing the Jordan into the promised land. The espresso flows like a river of rich dark honey and the drip coffee is sensuous and delicate. Fortunately, the baristas are much friendlier than the Canaanites. Very hospitable, in fact. McPherson is fortunate to have such a gem.
Legit coffee. Tasty espresso and serious baristas. Love it. Go there.
