Addy provided excellent service and noted that I ordered my fried okra to be extra crispy on the order pad. My last visit I specified that request as well but had to send it back to the kitchen twice to get it as ordered. When the food arrived the okra was barely fried, soft and greasy not as ordered so I refused it, sent it back and requested a message to the kitchen be delivered to review the ticket and remake as ordered. I was actually shopping there for gift. the sales people were super nice and super helpful. I actually went in planning to spend $30 and I spent $180. And I was actually pretty happy with what I got
I can always depend on Cracker Barrel for a great meal, down- home-country atmosphere that is welcoming and makes one happy!
