About this business
CCS was established in 1970 by Salinas native Jeff Meeks. Jeff worked at a collection agency in Fresno while studying business administration at California State University at Fresno and continued his education at California University at Berkeley while working at the Credit Bureau of Salinas. Jeff soon decided to take a chance by going on his own and purchase a small agency by the name of Lindey’s Collection Service. Shortly after purchasing Lindey’s he changed the name to Credit Consulting Services, Inc.

Credit Consulting Services Inc updated their website to force consumers to make recurring payments at amounts CCS decides. I have a Term of Agreement dated May 19, 2015, to pay $43.05 per month. The CCS website violates my Term of Agreement with the agency. The website leaves no minimum payment options. I made several attempts to make a $50 non-reoccurring payment. Credit Counseling Services is an excellent company. We submitted two files and received a payout of one file and payments from the other file in less than 90 days.
