Execution is everything. Suzie will deliver. She is responsive, acts quickly, has an established network of contractors, and is strategic in negotiations. She made suggestions and was able to help us with anything we needed during the process. Our house was listed and under contract in 7 days. She made it happen.
We met Suzie through a friend of my husband. I love how she fought many times to get us a home. Suzie is a true professional and shows perfection in what she does. We came in from out of state, which was overwhelming. Not really knowing where we wanted to be. Suzie was referred to us by friends that live in Maryland. Suzie set us up with Jon Vitak of Coast Lending Group to help get our budget together. We started with a WIDE search mostly so we could start eliminating areas we didn't like so we could focus on the parts we did. She let us see for ourselves the sections that we were questioning and ended up in a great part of Harford County. We are ready to embrace the Maryland life!
Suzie has been working for me as a Realtor since 2013. When I originally hired her, I was investing on the side. As things progressed, I started doing this full time. I've hired her to help me find investment properties as well as resell them. She researches each property and helps determine the resale/profit. She keeps a good handle on the market changes and is always conservative with her resale value. She also provides great insight on finishes and trending designs. It's 2021 and we are still working together.
