Dr sharif is so kind and takes a lot of time with my 98 year old mother. It is very easy to make an appointment. We never have to wait and the staff is always helpful and friendly.
Very attentive service. Friendly staff. Dr Sharif listens and explains things in a patient manner.
Dr. Sharif has demonstrated great care and empathy with me as a patient and person. At a time when other doctors did not take my symptoms seriously, Dr. Sharif spent time with me to figure out the problem which ended up being Kidney Cancer and saved my life. I value having Dr. Sharif as my personal care physician.
I based this review on four visits total. Two were good, but two were bad enough that I do not want to come back. What bothered me most was feeling interrogated and made to feel like I was doing something wrong because I had not taken my medication exactly as prescribed. In reality, it lasted longer than expected, so I did not need a refill as quickly. I was a patient of Dr Sharif, she is a good provider, but the person that is running her office is rude and condescending. I called about a matter and she is telling me something else. I asked her what was her name and in a condescending tone she says her name and spells it as M-A-R-Y. When I asked her if I could speak to someone else because she was so condescending, she proceeds to say no and hang up. I called back and she kept hanging up.
