Our HOA changed to Crabapple in January 2026. I have been impressed with their work. I especially like their concern for the workers, with frequent hydration breaks during these brutally hot summer days. When I had a minor issue, Megan Huff (Regional Manager) responded promptly.
Maybe they are going out of business but the service has been terrible across our community. They don't answer calls or emails.
They just don't care. Acceptable for commercial properties, but I'm stuck with them due to my hoa. They break things, use way too much round up, do surface work only, no attention to detail. At least they stopped scalping the lawn, they were killing it in the heat. The solution from the hoa is to do it myself even though I pay $300 per month dues. I say, Crabapple should better train and monitor their workers. I would tell them how to do their job, but they don't speak English.

6/4/2026 HOW DO THEY MANAGE TO GET WORSE?! They finally came to mow after almost 3 weeks….. I watched them lazily mow the lawn, crashing into landscaping edging, completely disregarding spots they cannot reach, and completely SKIPPED edging the edges of the lawn. I also watched the leaf blower guy stand around texting on his phone. I truly hate how this company lacks respect and care for lawns…..
