6/4/2026 HOW DO THEY MANAGE TO GET WORSE?! They finally came to mow after almost 3 weeks….. I watched them lazily mow the lawn, crashing into landscaping edging, completely disregarding spots they cannot reach, and completely SKIPPED edging the edges of the lawn. I also watched the leaf blower guy stand around texting on his phone. I truly hate how this company lacks respect and care for lawns….. If I could give less I would. I live in a community that has contracted these guys and Benton is who has reached out to me with nothing but attitude and disrespect. The work is subpar at best and I understand that our hoa may be uncommunicative, but as a resident who came to them respectfully because I realize they may dealt with poor hoa communication, this company or at least the management that handles our community doesn’t take customer service seriously.
Worst lawn care service ever! Absolutely hate that my HOA has selected them for our lawn service. I rather them lower our HOA fee and allow us to just take care of it ourselves. They do absolutely nothing but randomly show up spot hitting yards.
I live in a condo community in Sandy Springs. Unfortunately our HOA hired Crab Apple to take care of leaf blowing once a week about a year ago. Since then no matter how many times I have called customer service, and manager Wayne, and now manager George nothing ever changes. 9 out of 10 times they have been by, my patio looks worse. They blow debris all over it without bothering to open the patio door to clean it back off. This is a task that would take them less than 30 seconds to complete. Their work is sloppy and lazy. I wish I could give this place zero stars. For some reason, the neighborhood I live in hired these people to mow our lawn and we don’t have a choice. They haven’t bothered to cut our back yard grass in over a month. Watched them cut our neighbors and leave after cutting our front yard. I called the company to let them know and they said they would tell them.
