I hate to come on here and blast a company but when they have poor customer service or zero response this is sometimes the only way. One of their employees accidentally damaged some of my property back on 08/25/26. I called and left a voicemail and sent an email within days of the incident , with no response back to that. Every week there is debris on my new car from the landscapers blowing the leaves. This week it took me over an hour to detail my car debris was in EVERY crevices. But this time it looked like they mulched the leave, then blew them all over my car.

Edit: 9/23 In typical crabapple fashion the crew showed up did some edging on the sidewalks and mowed the large field and then guess what?!! They left! By the time they come next week that’ll be 3 weeks of no lawn mowing for the homes and the grass is currently taller than my dogs. Very inconsistent lawn service Crabapple Landscaping has been mowing our neighborhood through the HOA for years, and the service has been extremely inconsistent. Some weeks they mow our yard, and other weeks they skip our yard entirely. When they do mow, sometimes they edge properly and sometimes they don’t, leaving foot-tall weeds around the edges of the yard. They also don’t consistently clean up after themselves. After visiting a friend in a neighborhood where this company was doing landscaping, I was sitting inside my car when I heard a rock strike the glass roof of my vehicle. I immediately got out and saw one of their employees cutting grass approximately 20 feet away. I informed the employee about what had happened. He told me he did not speak English and indicated that he was going to contact his manager.
