Customer I have used Crabapple Car Care since the first day it opened. By coincidence, I stopped by Gray's and Bonnie's location because I had used another mechanic there for several years They were waiting for their new phone to be installed and told me the shop would open the following week. Crabapple Car Care is recommended. A breath of fresh air vs other shops in the area. Head mechanic seems honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Great neighborhood shop. You don't feel like you're getting ripped off. Women will feel comfortable here.
A Trustworthy Auto Mechanic I have been looking for a mechanic like this for years. They are honest, polite and take the time to explain. If they say they will be done at a certain time it is. They communicate with you about the repair. The best of all, they don't nickle and dime you. Great place to get your vehicle serviced or repaired. A true diamond in the rough. Great find! I took my car there and was told I needed a new transmission. I was upset b/c of the price, but then I wasn't sure if it was still covered under my warranty. The owner, Grey, of Crabapple Car Care took the initiative to personally call the dealership where I bought it in NJ to confirm if it was covered. Then, after the transmission was fixed at the dealership, I was told I needed a new battery and cable, and they quoted me a ridiculously high price. Reliable Mechanic, A plus!!!!! Grey, over at Crabapple Car Care is one of the nicest and most trustworthy mechanic that I've met. I've taken both my CRV and BMW into his place more than once and have been very happy on all occasions. I have a BMW which is pretty low to the ground and I pulled up to close to the parking curb and reversed it and it pulled my front bumper down. I took my car into have Gray look at it and he fixed it without having to call into BMW and get a new bumper AND he didn't even charge me for it! Most m... read more
