Awful service. Waitress complained every time she came to our table. Her appearance was dirty and unfavorable for working with food. It was lunch and not very busy. Food is over priced and was not served with needed condiments, butter for corn, ect.
Staff was great but fish was way over cooked.Not sure if this will be a must stop place for me, and it's a little pricey for portion size for sure. Atmosphere is great nice location.
The food again was great. We sat out in the new section and that was a bad idea. Our waitress was awesome and friendly but they were overwhelmed. Not planned out well. Needed more staff to accommodate the area. Wasn't able to enjoy it as much but the staff was trying their best. Management was at fault for putting them and us in that situation
Was pretty packed. But we got sat immediately. The lady that was at the front told the girl to make sure that the waitress knew that we were being sat there. I don't think she did because 10 minutes in my husband went to the bar to get our drinks. The waitress came finally to get our drink order but my husband already was at the bar.... food was great..... but took forever for refills and the check. Terrible food... and they ran out of chicken tenders for our kids. Seriously Come On.. the only thing that they have going is the convenience that we can walk from our condo. I just had to be reminded why we call it THE CRAP TRAP!!!!!!!!!
Food was amazing and our server, Victoria was super! Very glad we chose to eat there !
Had a party of 7. Got sat immediately and the staff was extremely pleasant. The Alaskan Snow Crab was perfect. I will definitely be back!
