While my crab cakes were good my boyfriends seafood platter was mediocre. The favorite part of his meal was his baked potato. Service was ok, had no silverware to eat our salad with but the ambiance was nice.
We had a great meal, our party was pretty large there was 11 of us. Our server was very good attended to our needs very well.
Went for lunch on 4/22. Sat on the patio, over looking the James River. Very relaxed, laid back atmosphere. We were promptly seated, no wait. Our waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable. Lunch came out quickly and correct. Crab cakes almost had zero filler, the remoulade sauce was some of the best we have tasted. The She-Crab soup was incredibly delicious. Everything was FRESH and affordable. Please don't hesitate to stop in this home grown staple.

Great view, especially at sunset. The quality of the food is excellent.
