My sister and I were planning to have our niece’s bridal shower here, but Nicki, a manager, was incredibly dismissive and rude and would/could not answer questions such as “What kind of wines do you serve?” so we changed the venue (the invitations had already been sent.) She said we’d be charged a $10 per person seating fee on top of the food and drink, that we could use a serving tray stand for the gifts and while we could bring in cupcakes, we could not have a table for them and we’d have to provide our own plates and napk... read more
