Was wonderful food was great staff nice and inviting and the wait wasn't to bad
Our server, David, was great. And that's all that was good. I'm surprised because we usually love the Crab Pot, but I should've listen to recent reviews. We just took our family out to dinner there for my daughter's birthday tonight. It started off with the hostess. She was extremely rude and basically ignored me. I asked if they had room for a table of 7, she nodded. That was it, no spoken response, no letting me know if we could be seated or if there was a wait. Nothing. My husband and I ordered the special, the Pacific Fe... read more
I've eaten there 3 times this summer. I ordered soda water each time. I was not charged for it until today. I was not told there would be a charge for it when I ordered it. Soda water isn't even on the menu, so there is no price for it. I got my bill and I was charged $3 each. The manager refused to take it off the bill. This customer is not coming back.
Great food, fun place. Get a table outside, the view is great!
Party of 8. Seated quickly, and our waitress was a lot of fun. Food was great. Colossal burger king crab Alfredo and a crab clam muscle boil. Top notch can't wait to go back.
Went there for King Crab Legs. Seemed like they were previously cooked and reheated. Mushy and very salty. Our server was wonderful. Wish the food would have been better for $57 each.
I’ve been before and loved it. Last night not so much. We got crab crab crab and were super disappointed. Didn’t look like 3 lbs (2 orders). Smallest king crab I’ve ever seen. The duengenous crab wasn’t my favorite. Needless to say we spent a lot of money and left still not satisfied. Or server was nothing special had to ask 3 times for paper towels. Not sure I’ll splurge on them again.
The crab is not only amazing but it's fresh. They literally pull the crab out from Elliot Bay. It's a little pricey but it's worth it. Never go after 7 pm on a Saturday though, the wait time is really long.
Excellent food, portion for two was plenty for three adults. Fun atmosphere with great service and wonderful servers.
