Super amazing! I totally recommend this place to anyone who loves seafood and awesome service.
Our server, David, was great. And that's all that was good. I'm surprised because we usually love the Crab Pot, but I should've listen to recent reviews. We just took our family out to dinner there for my daughter's birthday tonight. It started off with the hostess. She was extremely rude and basically ignored me. it was a great experience. We liked our server Yarick. Nice young man so polite and courteous. Keep up the friendly environment for this Seattle restaurant.
I've eaten there 3 times this summer. I ordered soda water each time. I was not charged for it until today. I was not told there would be a charge for it when I ordered it. Soda water isn't even on the menu, so there is no price for it. I got my bill and I was charged $3 each. The manager refused to take it off the bill. This customer is not coming back.
I was fine because I was with my son. The food was good and the service was ok. Was hoping to find a place we can eat when I am in Seattle. But got better service at the cancer center than I got there. People should be more kind to people because you never know what is going on in their life. I will never ever go back.
Good location by the ocean, seafood was excellent and the staff was friendly offering very good service. Went there with my girlfriend for my birthday we ordered the Westport, delicious.
Relaxed family friendly atmosphere. The customer service was great. The food (go for the crab or the sea Fest) is awesome.
Im from the midwest so I figured I would get great seafood being in seattle. Wrong, the service wasnt terrible but the food was. The fish looked and tasted like it was pre cooked and frozen. Wont be back thats for sure
can get more at a joes crab shack for the same price i mean 52 bucks per person for the best pot they have and you have to get 2 orders minimum... at Joes Crab Shack i have never had to double up my orders to get a crab pot lol good place but i feel for the money you should get more crab and less clams/mussels as fillers but also i dont know the price on crab so i could be wrong but i still think its a bit overpriced
