They need to improve there customer service skills. I only saw our server maybe twice or thrice, when he took our order and by the time the check was being handed. Otherwise, 2 other guys were helping us with our dining experience though. The food is expensive and was OK.

Expensive, little selection, the food was oily and the place smelled. In addition, the place was hot.

Garlic crabs were delicious but pricey. Not enough for the money.

Had a delicious dinner this evening while in town for business. The bartender, James, was friendly, personable and made my experience great. First time in San Francisco, first restaurant I tried and boy, I did I hit the jack pot! Thank you Crab House!
