We reserved platform 51 - a private room for a large dinner party, and MY GOODNESS - every request that was made months ago with Shayla was fulfilled before we even walked in the doors. We requested to show a short elopement video during our dinner, and Evan the manager sorted through my computer to figure out the sound! Seriously? The food, and service was perfect. I am on cloud 9. Service was lacking and we had to send our food back twice. $140
We had Mother's Day brunch and although the food was not bad, the service was lacking. We had to ask for forks, coffee (never returned for refills) Also, in the past there was a wider variety of choices. There were six of us and the total was 300.00 including tip. When we left we stopped at Market Of Choice to pick up some dessert as the OES only offered some kind of bread pudding and some hard biscuit with strawberries (not good) We will check to see what's on the menu next year and hopefully they've stepped up their game. ... read more

BEST Thanksgiving dinner ever, love the atmosphere and prime rib!
Have been there many times. Tried the Thanksgiving buffet this year enjoyed and enjoyed it very much. I wasn't anything phenomenal just good food and great service. We figured it was better to get there early in the day as they were booked up. The Prime Rib was amazing and fork tender. Great Job OES!
My husband and I went here for Thanksgiving dinner. We thought we would try it since they had new management this year. Bad choice! As happened a couple of years before, they ran out of prime rib by 5:30, despite the fact that they were serving the Thanksgiving buffet until 8:45. For $39 per person, one should expect the executive chef to plan appropriately. The whole buffet was underwhelming...really had high hopes. We will definitely never return here or recommend this establishment.
