Hired CR3 based off of a recommendation. What a terrible experience between the companies owner (Chris), the sales guy (Dorian), and the finance manger (Sarah). Replacement roof was installed incorrectly, they forgot to replace the valleys, ridge tiles, dropped their trash in my gutters, and left over 400 roofing nailes scattered in my bushes, gutters, and pool. Beware of using this company. One of their salesmen came to my house offering a roof inspection. We had experienced some leaks so we agreed to the inspection. We arranged for the necessary repairs that were found and had the work done. We were promised a warranty on the work and on the materials used, but the contacts we were given will no respond back to us. We have been trying to get them to respond since September of last year. Jacob came to my house today and took measurements of my roof while also conducting a comprehensive roof inspection. Afterwards, he showed me pictures and shared with me what he saw during his inspection. He described some of the wear and tear he noticed, and explained how it has lead to a loss of protection for my home.
