Their price on an item I bought is twice as much than in other stores, unfortunately I did my research after I bought it. Called them to see what my options are and the woman that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. I guess they do not need my business.

I am just seeing this review now. What probably happened is the diamond quality is different or the gold on the other item was 10K not 14K or 18K. Differences in watch prices has to do with the length of the warranty or if the watch is authentic. Our prices are well below the standard jewelry store.
