They don't answer questions asked why needed a cosigner haven't had to ever need a cosigner, but they didn't answer that question. Also, they aren't very kind towards retired military.
I would not rent from this dishonest group. I have a service dog and I submitted for a dog permit, paid fees, and no one ever got back to me. They took my money for fees and applications and never acknowledged a word with me. I had to watch my Belle for a few days because it was getting really pricey putting her in Rover-care until I could get my home approved for my beautiful female well trained loving black lab. Be careful. We rented with them for a year. We were not getting sewer bills. We called them twice because we were concerned and they said it was paid. They paid first 6 months of sewer. Now that we moved out they are back charging us and not giving us our deposit back. Grass was also cut once a month if we were lucky. A little embarrassing when you are in a neighborhood that keeps up with their lawns.
