Took our 2017 Wrangler in for an oil leak. Ended up being a timing chain cover seal. They tried fixing it. We get it back with foot prints all over the front bumber so obviously the technician can't clean up after himself. A couple days after getting it home its leaking oil worse then before and now leaking antifreeze. So take it back in and they claim they fixed everything this time. I will recommend CR of Adrian to everyone I know. The experience was extremely easy and Tyler and Adam made sure all of my questions were answered. They were both great and definitely care about their customers. The whole atmosphere at CR is not like any dealership that I have been at. Other staff members went out of their way to say hi, introduce themselves and ask me how my day was going. I will definitely be a returning/loyal customer and make sure everyone I know at least gives them a chance! Thanks again Tyler and Adam
