Great service! They’re very accommodating when I’ve been there a few times. However, the prices were misleading. Before the service began, I was told the gel manicure was $32 and the gel pedicure was $27. But when the service was finished, the total came to $115, which was not what I was told when I first arrived. I really like their work when they’re not rushing, but they should also be clear about the pricing. Or, they could have a price sheet in the store.
Update: unfortunately i come here all the time because i live so close to this nail salon. I also am a flight attendant so i get my nails done whenever Im free. It’s very hit or miss. I haven’t seen TT or IVY in a while. Lisa always is so horrible with me. I’ve had her a good five times at this point and she is usually very rude and does a terrible job on my nails. Such bad service. They wanted me to pay for higher priced pedicures and since it’s my first time, I just wanted basic. The person who did my manicure and pedicure is Cindy and she basically didn’t do anything. My nails look bad and she didn’t even scrub or massage or really do anything. They didn’t even half the have the colors listed. Such a terrible place with horrible customer service.
Update: 2/11/26 later in the day just realized she didn’t remove all the polish 🙃🤦♂️ Update: 2/11/26 went from 5 stars to 1, I don’t know the nail techs name but it was like she was rushing thru the manicure — soaked my nails for 30 seconds, roughly clipped my nails shorter, and rough with my cuticles. No care at all and when I mentioned she was being rough and to slow down I got no apology or acknowledgment.
