Even though I have a lot of up to date computer programming skills and 40 years experience as a software developer I was having a hard time getting past second interviews because of my age. My CPS recruiter never gave up on me and she provided a lot of encouragement whenever I was discouraged. I've been really busy at my new job and I'm very satisfied with it, and with CPS!
