Sound like a broken record at this point. Sort by "call" and you will see what I mean. I live a bit outside town and my insurance reference them to get my phone repaired. I called, no answer. I called the next day and got an answer and they said they would order the part and let me know when it came in. I waited 2 weeks and called again to follow up on the part coming into the store. Been here numerous times. Never had an issue, until the most resent being 2 months ago and still haven't received a phone call back with an update on the phone we dropped off to be fixed, with an additional phone to be used for replacement parts. When we call it goes to the answering machine. -_-
I filled out their online form for an appointment to get a new battery for my iPhone 13 Mini. When I arrived at the business at my appointment time, I was told no battery was there and to come back in a week . When I came back a week later, still no battery. Now two months later, I have not heard back from this business after multiple attempts to contact.
