I'm highly particular! These awesome fellas have taken great care of my devices for the past 6 years with three repairs (One major overhaul- I accidentally ran over my phone!) Couldn't ask for better techs. So friendly & truly care about getting you back up & connected!
The first thing I would like to say is I dropped my phone off for a simple screen repair the rest of the phone worked perfectly my first mistake was dropping it off without receiving a receipt which I thought was odd I checked on my phone three different times over a 5 week period Finally after getting tired of waiting I just asked for my phone back he replied all I have to do is glue the screen it will take 10 minutes with a clamp I found it odd that when I wanted my device he could suddenly fix it on the spot. Absolutely terrible customer service! I brought a ps5 in for repair, console was never fixed and they never called me to say what was wrong or that they couldn’t fix the issue. I had to call back multiple times in a row to talk to someone every time I called. I WOULD NOT recommend this place AT ALL!
Don't go to CPR in Rolla Missouri. Unless it is a very simple repair or you will either be ran around by people that can't figure out what's wrong or be "waiting" forever for parts. The guy put a screen on my phone that he said KNEW works and it still didn't so I had to wait a whole day for him to go through the rest of the phone because he said it must be the internals and he said it wasn't and now I'm waiting on a new screen to be ordered to put in the phone even tho he already tried one that he said he knew worked.
