CPR is staffed with patient, kind and knowledgeable people. always doing their best to make every customer happy. If a customer is not happy they try to fix the issue instead of letting them go. I wish more people would understand what the techs feel when they are yelled at, even though it could be handled in a calm and understanding manner.
