The first time I came in the guy was very professional and polite, my phone needed a proximity sensor. Changed the screen that was perfectly fine too. Then the screen they put on started chipping and breaking in under a week without me dropping it. Brought it back and the guy rudely told me it was a screen break so there’s nothing they can do to help unless I purchase a new screen. Will never return.

Exceptional service but they could work on customer service skills, a little detached, not very detailed, could give courtesy call explaining things, and detail during intake if they seemed welcoming, it would be top notch !
