Alex was awesome, he replaced my screen in under two hours, & he even went a stepped farther to fixed my charging port. And helped me out with a new case.

Hey just wanted to say my phone replacement claim here went great Alex my phone care specialist was very prompt and professional he explained what he was gonna do answered my questions then gave me a time to come pick my phone back up and it was ready when I got back would definitely recommend anyone needing there screen replaced to try them out
I filed an Xfinity insurance claim to get my cracked screen / LCD repaced and was sent to CPR Westland for my repair. Though Xfinity didn't notify me that because of the appt time I would have to leave the device overnight, I had a great experience. The new screen was seemingly installed correctly and has been working great thus far! The customer service when I picked up my device was great! I asked a question about my charging port not working and he cleaned it out for free and got it working again!
