I was pleased with CPR Cellphone repairs service. I have boost mobile, I was their first customer with the service. My screen was destroyed, and the back of the phone was also cracked significantly. They had to order the parts so it could be fixed, because boost required it be the same color, that it was originally. It took a little over a day for them to get the parts, they had the repairs done in around an hour, and the phone looks as good as the day I obtained it. Very helpful and intelligent staff. Went there to have my battery and microphone replaced. They also were able to get me a new case and screen protector. That wasn’t $70!
I had an issue with the side button on my Apple Watch, and Tanner and his team at CPR did an amazing job fixing it. They were professional, friendly, and really knew what they were doing. The repair was fast, efficient, and my watch works perfectly now. I highly recommend Tanner and his staff for anyone needing quality repairs. They truly go above and beyond!
Took about an hour to replace battery. They explained it might take a couple full recharges to recognize the new battery because of how low the new one started out at. Nice clean store and only waited in line a few minutes however I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment.
Cried myself to sleep everyday for the past year and begged every support possible, every community, and my worst mistake was trusting CPR. I went in more than once, told her my problems, and instead of admitting she didnt know what she was talking about.
