Took about an hour to replace battery. They explained it might take a couple full recharges to recognize the new battery because of how low the new one started out at. Nice clean store and only waited in line a few minutes however I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment.
I would definitely recommend this place! I had my phones cracked screen replaced; they also sell sturdy phone cases, which I purchased one for the extra protection. Their prices are very reasonable. The girl that waited on me was very nice, and patient, even when I went back because I thought my speaker was my charging port and they had put the wrong one in! 😄 The case has a little protective cover over the actual charger port! This business is amazing! They’re very polite and thoughtful. They were able to recover over 8000 photos that I didn’t have saved or backed up, from my phone that got stuck in a loop and wouldn’t charge to be able to turn it on. Still can’t believe he was able to save them. I’m so thankful. So glad I took my phone to them.
The most expensive part of our MacBook broke (the screen) and was unusable. We took our laptop in for repair and was given options to choose from that worked best for us. We’re so thankful he took the time to make sure we didn’t lose quality with the new screen he replaced our old broken one with! You can truly see they care about their clients and their quality of work! We haven’t had one issue with our MacBook since!
