I went in for a screen repair. The "check-in" process was easy. I have no complaints about the results or the price. I felt as though they were reasonable, given today's economy. The customer service agent did not explain much to me about the process though. I was informed that my back would need to be replaced as well. Everything went smoothly, and I checked back in after an hour or so, and it was ready at the appropriate time! Took about an hour to replace battery. They explained it might take a couple full recharges to recognize the new battery because of how low the new one started out at. Nice clean store and only waited in line a few minutes however I arrived a couple minutes before my appointment.
If you think your phone is a bust CPR is a must! These techs are the best! I truly did not think my phone had any life left but it was revived with CPR. THANK YOU!
This business is amazing! They’re very polite and thoughtful. They were able to recover over 8000 photos that I didn’t have saved or backed up, from my phone that got stuck in a loop and wouldn’t charge to be able to turn it on. Still can’t believe he was able to save them. I’m so thankful. So glad I took my phone to them.
Brought in my Xbox Series X, after 6 years of use I figured it was due for a cleaning. I have to say the tech was very honest with me, he said the console was very clean but I still went ahead went forward with the cleaning. There was some dust build up on the radiator, so if I did not take care of that soon that could have caused it to clog and cause overheating ( heat sink), so on the whole I’m glad I got it cleaned.
