We’ve used CPR for a handful of items over the years. I recently took my MacBook Pro in with the hope that Tanner could salvage my data while bringing it back to life. While he wasn’t able to salvage the data, it wasn’t for lack of trying! He was very thorough in his attempts and kept me up to date on what was happening. He ended up having to basically refurbish my MacBook. I feel like if I’d taken it to Apple or Geek Squad, there wouldn’t have been any attempt to salvage anything. I had heard great things about CPR, but never needed to use their services until today. We had an issue with some settings on a phone that we couldn’t figure out, so we took it in to be looked at. The phone was fixed within 5 minutes and they didn’t charge us. Hands down, these are the most friendly and helpful people ever!

5* Without a doubt. We took our son's iPhone 15 Pro in, after a previous repair, that was done poorly, and they refused to correct. These gentlemen walked my husband and I through all of the options, and stayed past closing to get the repair done the same day. We walked in at 5:15, and they closed at 6:00. Repair in hand by 6:30, and it looks like a brand new phone! Would absolutely recommend them, and use them again (hopefully we don't have to though!). Do not go anywhere else! Go see these gentlemen!
