My friend took my wife's iPhone 5s to this place to fix the screen. This phone only need a screen replacement but since was easier and cheaper for them switch it for an after market part that comes LCD and screen together that switch it. They keep the original LCD and put the worst LCD. I took this IPhone to another place who repair this phone in front of me and I find out that the home button was missing a screw, they reason it was not working properly. Sorry to hear your wife was disappointed with our parts. We have a lifetime warranty on our parts so if the LCD went out after repair without subsequent damage we would have replaced it without additional cost.
I have used CPR on multiple occasions- thanks to a teenage son who can't seem to hang on to his phone. Anytime I have been here they have been more than helpful and the repairs are quick and the phone always works perfectly- without any problems- when I get it back. I had one repaired this weekend that actually had to be returned as part of a previous insurance claim, by mistake. I took both phones back in and they were more than fair with me while they helped me resolve the problem!

I have mixed feelings. Admittedly the iPhone 6s that went in for repair had water damage, but the phone came back in worse condition. I could at least see the screen and txts coming through, but now nothing. I am sure that the process they have to go through to try and fix the phone is suitable, I just had a bad experience.

I took my iPhone 6 in for repair of a cracked screen. They did a wonderful job, the price was very reasonable and I even received a loaner phone without asking for one. I really am pleased with their service. I'll definitely go back!
