The cost of a new battery was a fraction of a new phone price. Courteous and knowledgeable employees. Only one small problem typing responses during automated phone calls, but can complete the call. I'd use their service again.

Excellent service! CPR had my phone fixed less than an hour after it stopped working, they stock parts in the store and work on it while you wait, I will be using them again in the future.

The team at CPR were so friendly and helpful but I appreciated their honesty the most. I took in an X-box system for repair and when they got it and looked it over, they couldn't find anything wrong. It was working perfectly. They could have charged me for the time but they didn't. They explained what could have happened and how I can fix it in the future if I experience further problems. Great customer service. I'll definitely be back when there really is a problem!
