Friendly knowledgeable service. Fixed cracked screen while I waited. Did a better job than a competitor and was less expensive. Had some serious bad luck cracking screen. Twice in less than month smh.

Poor quality control. If you have an HTC phone, stay away from this place. Took a week for them to get a replacement screen and when I got it back, it wasn't fully attached and loose on one side of the phone. I took it back and a day later they said it was ready. When I picked it up the second time, the glass was still not right and still bulged out from the phone. Then to top it off, the only tech that can work on it only works on Saturdays.
CPR ordered my part and when it came in they called. My phone was repaired in about an hour. It was a lot less to have the repair than purchase a new phone. I will recommend this business.
I was greeted with a smile, and Paul helped me! It took all of 15 minutes to repair my phone!
