Service was amazing and quick. Steven hooked me up and had my phone fixed within 48hours. It got run over by a car and water damage and Steven still was able to fix it up like it was brand new. Please come see these guys.
I needed to have a privacy screen protector installed carefully on my iPhone. I have learned that I don’t do a very good job at this. But Cell Phone Repair provides this service flawlessly. I visited the store's new location and was greeted by a young technician who listened carefully and answered all my questions. Within five minutes, I had my iPhone with the new privacy installed. In the past, I had used this store for similar work. But I really liked their new location, in walking distance from Trader Joe’s.
Steven (I think) kindly cleaned the clunk of trash out of my phones charging port for free on a stressful day. Thank you so much for an awesome and fast and stressfree process. I will definitely be back for laptop or other repairs, thank you
The charging port on my iPhone wasn’t functioning as it should ( malfunction with the cable connection). I was highly referred to the Cell Phone Repair location in Castleton. The service technician explained that it was common and offered to clean it up and offered me tips on future maintenance. And then , he didn’t even charge me for the service. Definitely a pleasant experience that l appreciated.
I was so delighted to have been referred to CPR for my phone, from my carrier. The customer service was amazing, my repair was exactly what I needed to be able to continue to utilize my phone and on top of that, it was repaired within 2 hours. I also replaced my daughter's protective screen and her a new phone case. They offer a discount to take your old things and even attach your new products to your phone. 10/10 I recommend!!
