I brought my laptop in to get it checked out, and they fixed the issue within five minutes—completely free of charge. It turned out to be a simple fix: some debris in the USB-C port was preventing a proper connection. I’d been dealing with the problem for months, but they resolved it quickly and easily. What a godsend—truly excellent service.
The guy at the desk was extremely nice. I watched him do a simple little fix on a young girl's iPad ahead of me in line for no charge, and then he did a little repair on my iPhone, again with no charge (it just needed a bit of a cleaning.) This young man was highly ethical though -- he could've charged each of us for things that were effortless for him. I had to tip him!
I stopped in because my phone wouldn't charge unless it was a specific cable, and you had to hold it together. The employee greeted me and looked at the phone. He said he'd be right back. The entire process took about 5 mins. He came back and plugged it in with 2 different cords, and they both worked. 10/10 highly recommend, and I will return in the future.
I stopped into their office to see why my cell wouldn't charge and the guys were extremely friendly and knowledgeable they made me feel like my question and business matter. They took the time to answer my question and gave me a lot of great advice that I wouldn't have otherwise known about. I would recommend them to anyone.
CPR took a lot of time with us and gave honest advice. They transfered data from our old computer to new. They did a phenomenal job, we're very professional and easy to work with. Absolutely go here!
