Very fast work, fair price, and good service. CPR is my go to for any device repairs or looking for good used device with warranty. Have been a long time customer since 2019. They have earned my trust.
I was greated promptly and professionally upon arrival. I was told my phone would be repaired in about 90 minutes, and when I regenerate, my phone was ready for me. I met several employees during my visit and each person was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.
I brought my laptop in as it was very slow and having trouble functioning. Juan was able to fix it the same day, way ahead of the usual schedule. Throughout the process, he was very communicative and provided tips and tricks for the future. The price was beyond fair, and I was not up-charged. I highly recommend this business!
Ok so I forget my passwords all the dang on time. I went to the store to have them help me because I locked my tablet and didn’t have it linked to my Apple account. With no hesitation the young man helped me. And then was super patient with me because also kept forgetting my new password for my iCloud 😊. But we finally got it and he saved the day. And just note that all hero’s don’t wear caps.
10/10 recommend, Juan took care of me and saved me hundred just by being observant, listening, and taking actions steps. I came in with a ps5 issue, every other place told me it was an internal issue and could be 300-500. Juan took a look and realized they had all over looked it was a cable issue. If your having any electronic issues with phone, or gaming system come here!
