one of the few authorized Motorola repair centers in town. Was about to throw my smart phone in the trash, but CPR Lynnwood fixed it in under 5 minutes. It's like having a whole new phone

Get any Zagg products under warranty and install yourself. They’ll charge more to install it than getting it directly from Zagg but won’t tell you this upfront.

CPR Cell phone repair in Lexington SUCKS. Amy's iPhone 6s+ new battery replacement $40. Her ear speaker worked fine til they got their hands on it. Find out after getting home. 100 mile round trip thinking they would fix it since it was obviously their fault/doing. Nope. $37 more dollars & 2 more hours even though Amy was there when they opened & first in the door. They messed up the ear speaker. I should've changed the battery myself. I will NOT go back to them. That first day I took her phone after 2 hours they came out... read more

Don't.. Just don't waste your time. They may know a thing or two about their Apple products, but for Android users, YIKES! Their customer service is appalling; they took over a month to replace a battery in my phone. During the process, they BROKE my phone, having to just order a refurbished one, which I could have done from day one, and saved myself a month of hassle, a week and a half with no phone entirely, and wouldn't have to suffer through this experience. Truly, as a conscious consumer, it is a little disheartening th... read more

These people are rude and provide an inadequate service. The owner does not care about providing quality service AT ALL. They charged me $130 to repair my Apple iphone 7 screen and within a week, I was having all types of issues. I came back 3 days later after the initial fix and none of the employees seemed to care that my phone screen wasn't sealed correctly. My 10 month old daughter was playing with my phone and her saliva got into the phone WHILE in a case (Left Edge of the screen). I asked them if it was normal for the ... read more

Dropped off my sons 3ds here to habe the screen fixed and he told me it would be done in a few days. When I went back to pick it up he said he ordered the wrong part. Now there is a notice on the door and its locked saying failure to pay. I will be taking this guy to court. I heard he had a business in Hixson and is a complete scammer.
