Be very careful . I received 2 quotes from 2 different people there within 3 min of each other to replace a screen on a galaxy A14-5g 1 was for $126. the other was $170. The screen on Amazon and Walmart's sites are $18 to $24. and a new phone at Walmart is $70. The lost a perm customer when we used to only go to Tech Medic and then he merged with these overpriced people ruining his reputation

Excellent customer service! Very attentive and they did an amazing repair on the back glass of my Apple Mini 12 as well as my One Plus 12 front glass. Ordering parts and repairs took less than 24 hours! I would totally recommend coming here for your repairs!

I came in January 29th to get the motherboard of an Xbox console fix, some other the connectors got ripped off. It's been a month and anytime I call or come in for an update I'm just told that it's "being worked on", and that's all I've gotten for a month straight. No other information, like a time line or estimated date of that it might be finished. I wish I would have done more research because this type of job takes a few hours, I found stores saying they could do it in 2-5 days. I can't even take back my console without... read more

Hats off to Lowell for being gracious & competent when assisting me with both a data transfer & recovery (two separate phones). He was attentive & very helpful in getting everything set up for me. If I had dealt with him the whole way through, I would have left a much higher rating. Sadly, I dealt with the "manager" Brennan. The only good thing I can say about him is he seems to know how to do his job. He is rude, arrogant & does not seem to think it important to have jobs done when he promises. Today I walked in CPR on New Jersey Street for the first time. I was immediately greeted by Brae who stated she would be right with me. She returned within seconds and adeptly handled my wet phone issue. Explained the options I had in a way that I could understand. (I'm not a techie.) Negative 10 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We paid upfront for the repair (FYI HUGE MISTAKE. Don't do that). They 'fixed' the screen. When I went to pick the phone up, the guy told me the frame of the phone was bent and that automatically voided the warranty on the screen. To be clear, this employee made the repair without calling me to inform me of the issue with my phone andtheir policy. The screen cracked in less than 24 hours. It did not take steep fall.
