Today I walked in CPR on New Jersey Street for the first time. I was immediately greeted by Brae who stated she would be right with me. She returned within seconds and adeptly handled my wet phone issue. Explained the options I had in a way that I could understand. (I'm not a techie.) She was friendly and conversational and delivered exactly the service she had promised in a timely manner. VERY PROFESSIONAL. If I ever have phone problems again, I will return to CPR. I could give this 20 stars if it was available but it only lets me do 5 so I give this 5 stars. I was very cautious about buying an unlocked phone and not knowing if it was going to work or not but Eric Farr made sure to answer my questions and concerns the best he could and he let me test the device before I purchased to make sure it was going to do exactly what I needed it to do. And I couldn’t be anymore grateful for his customer service !!!! I highly recommend cpr to anyone who wants a new device.
