Today I walked in CPR on New Jersey Street for the first time. I was immediately greeted by Brae who stated she would be right with me. She returned within seconds and adeptly handled my wet phone issue. Explained the options I had in a way that I could understand. (I'm not a techie.) She was friendly and conversational and delivered exactly the service she had promised in a timely manner. VERY PROFESSIONAL. If I ever have phone problems again, I will return to CPR.
