Horrible! Still waiting for a refund for no services received! I would not recommend this place because of the POOR customer service!!!!!!!!!!!
I brought my laptop to I.T. Works because it wasn't starting up. After they diagnosed it, they told me it was full of viruses but that they could remove them. So I had them remove them and my computer is now functioning like brand new again. Also, when I came in to pick up my computer I found out that they also fix broken screens on phones and even iPods and iPads. My son broke his iPhone screen, so I had them replace that as well.
