Brought my iPhone on a Thursday morning and was told will be done the next day because screen has to be ordered. Friday comes and they said they forgot to order the screen. Now it’s Saturday and the store is closed when suppose to be open and my phone is held hostage. I already pre paid 140$ for it to be done. Absolutely ridiculous very unprofessional people behind the counter as well
The best service ever
I can’t say enough about this business. Dropped my Apple Watch and Giovanni took it to the Denham Springs location (because he lives there) and they repaired it. He also brought it back to Gonzales for me to get it. Within 3 days, it was repaired. Excellent service.
