My son's cell phone had been broken for some time & he hadn't been using it. He passed away in June and I wanted to see if he had pictures of himself on the phone. I took it to CPR, at Verizon's recommendation, to see if they would be able to retrieve any pictures that hadn't been saved to the Verizon Cloud. Initial service was good. Had iPhone 6 Plus screen replaced on 2/4/17. About a month ago screen started popping out of the frame of the phone and the screen started behaving erratically. Went to have it replaced under warranty today and they would not replace because of damage caused from the screen popping out in the first place. Either the parts used or the workmanship are to blame. Whatever the reason may be I have a bad phone screen a few months after having it replaced by these guys.
