Joe diagnosed the problem with our old Amazon Fire phone over the phone and ordered the necessary part. A week later, just as promised, he called to say the part was in and ready to be installed. Well, no fault of his, but the new part was faulty and had to be reordered. After another week, the new part was installed and the phone was back up a working as promised. I would gladly recommend CPR. They are quick, honest, and fairly priced. Let them take care of your tech. You won't be sorry.
I was able to get an appointment the same day and my phone was as good as new in less than an hour. The repair staff was friendly - I have nothing but good things to say about my experience (except breaking my phone - that wasn't great 😂)
