Tried to replace my iPhone screen protector today in-person. This store tried to charge me over $21 for the warranty replacement. When I asked why it was so high compared to Zagg itself they said they have to make money somehow. Called Zagg and they said their partner stores can set a price for in-person but are not permitted to charge over $15. Make sure you check prices when going here for warranty work as the store appears to not follow their partner-company policies.
The gentleman that helped me was very kind and did what he thought was in my best interest to fix my device.
We went here to get our iPad fixed but all they did was mess it up. We got it back but it was all wrong it my iPad was still broken and I couldn’t get in 0/10 don’t go here
