I came back from Puerto Rico and my phone was not charging I was so upset and they fix it in two hours and then it had a dead spot and they fix it free thanks the guy,s at CPR for a great job.....

Seriously pissed at the so called customer service of this establishment. I requested a new screen for my phone on Saturday, June 28th. I was told it would take about 3 days to get the parts in and then I should be able to get my phone in to be repaired and back with same day service. Sounded great. Paid in full up front. It took well over a week to get the part in, and now I'm told they can't fix my phone until Tuesday, July 15th. The excuse we were given was that CPR is behind on service orders and short staffed.
