I asked for a simple cracked screen repair quote, and haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone. No one will answer the phone and no one has reached out to me about the repair. Very poor customer service.
It would be a ZERO if it was an option. I took my iPhone 7 here for a charger port replacement. Upon picking up my phone 5.5 hours later, although they never called but I finally just went to the store, I find out that they had broken my phone. They broke the home button while changing the charger port. The “technician” explanation was, “I don’t know what happened because you don’t go near it when changing the charger port”. I took in a phone that I had taken to Best Buy after they said that they couldn’t do anything for it. It was a simple fix of the screen popping out, CPR could have charged me anything they wanted to fix the phone but it was no charge because it took 2 minutes to pop it back in. Integrity is priceless, they earned it.
Great experience....I'd go back in a heartbeat!! Yesterday morning, my phone screen went black, and froze up. Occasionally, I could get the bottom 3 buttons to light up. I first stopped at the Verizon store...according to the Verizon "customer service" guy (who never even physically touched my phone)...he said, "it's probably dead, time for a new one." I asked if there was any way I could try to retrieve my photos and contacts...He said, "nope...if u didn't back em up, they're all lost." He said he learned to back things up ... read more
A HUGE shout out to CPR Repair and Andre!! My cell provider said my phone was so messed up that it would be $250 for a new phone and they wouldn't be able to transfer any of my data over. $65 later, after Andre at CPR Repair installed a new battery, my phone is working better then before!
