Negative 10 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND. We paid upfront for the repair (FYI HUGE MISTAKE. Don't do that). They 'fixed' the screen. When I went to pick the phone up, the guy told me the frame of the phone was bent and that automatically voided the warranty on the screen. To be clear, this employee made the repair without calling me to inform me of the issue with my phone andtheir policy. The screen cracked in less than 24 hours. It did not take steep fall.
